The Greeley /Evans Moose Lodge is a private club established in 1953 as a chapter of Moose International. Moose International was foundered in the late 1800s as a social club for its members. Over the last century the organization has began developing and supporting charitable causes. Moose Heart Orphanage and Moose Haven Retirement Community were developed and are supported by all clubs. Today Moose International includes roughly 2,000 lodges and nearly one million members.
Currently the Greeley/Evans Club resides at its 17,000 square foot facility located at 3456 11th Avenue in Evans Colorado. The Greeley /Evans Moose Lodge now provides social activities for it members, service to the community and contributions to charity.
